Hi! Greetings from Norway. I am in the process of applying to come and serve as a biomed.lab tech,

Does anybody know what kind of experience is required to work in the lab? Especially wondering about microbiology and transfusion med.experience... I have mostly general experience/hematology/biochemistry experience. But have done phlebotomy and also drawn blood donor units. Would be so happy to hear if anyone have info to give me about what life is like in the laboratory aboard Mercy Ships!
